Key responsibilities:
- Proactively sell the services and facilities at 1 Wimpole Street, RSM’s venue.
- Build strong relationships with clients and agents to drive business development and repeat bookings.
- Manage key accounts strategically to maximise revenue and fill gaps in the event calendar.
- Support venue award submissions, sustainability initiatives, and promotional campaigns, including obtaining certifications and accreditations.

Job Purpose
The purpose of the role of AV Technician is to successfully deliver/produce events, virtual and in person, from a technical audio-visual aspect.
The AV Technician will also be providing a first-line and highly skilled AV and IT services and support, including on-the-spot diagnosis and rectification of problems as and when they occur for presenters at conferences and meetings whether virtual or face to face. Working closely in association with the Education or Events team, the role will technically (AV) produce seamless events/meeting and look after the record management of the AV equipment assets and contents on digital platforms.
You will have all round live event skills such as sound, video, lighting and have in depth experience with live streaming. Being a good communicator is also key as you will often have to talk with clients either through written or verbal communication.

Job Purpose
The key purpose of the Associate Programme Manager (Central Education) role is managing the successful delivery of Central Education education activities under the leadership of the Dean/Deputy Dean and Programme Manager (PM).
A key element of this role is assisting with the relationship management with partners and with colleagues across the Learning, Marketing, Communications and Commercial Services teams. You will support the development of a portfolio of programmes, events and webinars coordinating activities from conception, through delivery, to feedback and evaluation (end to end). Alongside senior colleagues, working closely with internal and external stakeholders who are RSM members and volunteer faculty / medical experts, to ensure that education Central Education delivers measurable benefits for the RSM’s audiences.
Responsibility for the tracking of budgets against expenditure reporting to the PM and escalating issues and concerns; working across matrix project teams to deliver on goals; and collaborating with external contributors and partners.

Responsibilities include:
- Deliver multiplatform and multichannel marketing activity to attract new members
- Ensuring timely marketing of a range of events, content and services
- Deliver multiplatform marketing activity to retain current members
- Drive attendance at all RSM and partner events
- Create compelling content and campaigns.
You will have a track record of monitoring and tracking performance of campaigns with a view to improving outcomes, conducting research to understand and segment audiences relevant for the RSM as well as understanding digital tools to support marketing campaigns.
