As a Deputy Home Manager, you will;
- Ensure that high standards of care are delivered to meet the needs of the individual resident, monitoring and maintaining these standards;
- Assist with the management of the Homes staffing, financial and material resources, including involvement in staff recruitment and selection
- Taking responsibility for the running of the Home in the absence of the Home Manager
- Leading and facilitating in staff and residents meetings, staff training and development activities
To apply, you will have;
- Nursing qualification and current PIN Number.
- Relevant experience of working and supervising staff within a care home
- Excellent knowledge of the CQC standards
- Working knowledge of Legislation and the Regulatory Framework underpinning practice in relation to the care of older people
- Excellent communication and administration skills along with the ability to prioritise and cope with a busy and varied workloa

As a Care Assistant, you will:
- Give support and care to the residents whilst maintaining their rights to independence, privacy, dignity and choice and assist in their daily living.
- Assist residents who require help to dress/undress, wash, and bath and use the toilet.
- To assist residents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities including the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
- Assist residents who need help with personal hygiene e.g. incontinence.
- Promote and adhere to the Greensleeves Care -Workplace values of respect, openness and responsibility.

- An understanding of the needs of residents
- An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
- Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) diploma in care level 2 or the equivalent (Desirable)
- Experience of providing care (Desirable)
