About the Role
As a Residential Care Worker, you will support the learning, emotional, social and behavioural needs of children and young people within both our residential homes and, at times, within our school environment.
You’ll play an important role in everyday life, helping young people feel safe, valued and supported while contributing to care plans, daily routines, and meaningful experiences.
This role includes working a rota and participating in sleep-in duties.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development and opening of a new children’s home. The successful candidate will take ownership of the registration, setup and leadership of the new service, embedding high standards of care, safeguarding and therapeutic practice from the outset.
Prior to the home opening, the Registered Manager will work alongside our established Registered Managers within our existing homes, gaining a through understanding of our values, systems and work and contributing to service development and best practice across the foundation.
As Registered Manager you will lead the day-to-day operation of our children’s home. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment where young people can thrive, while ensuring full compliance with Ofsted, Children’s Homes Regulations and all relevant safeguarding legislation.
