We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admin Support Coordinator to join our non-profit organization in India. Common Purpose is a non-profit working with the purpose to develop leaders who can cross cultural, institutional, and social boundaries, all so that people can work better together despite our differences.
The Admin Support Coordinator will work within our Social Value team and play a pivotal role in enabling the business development and customer experience teams to perform at their best. This role combines administrative, operational, and analytical responsibilities to ensure smooth end-to-end business development processes, accurate data management, and effective coordination and administration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration and Processes
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring timely communications with prospects.
- Support proposal development, bid submissions, and coordination of funder follow-ups.
- Work with Operations and Finance to raise sales orders.
- Support the coordination of contracts and associated documentation.
Data Management and Research
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data entry, using our in-house CRM system, to support pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting).
- Create and run reports to support sales meetings and strategic planning.
- Conduct desktop research to identify potential new opportunities aligned to organizational priorities, and compile insights and leads from industry and geography-specific searches
- Equip the business development team with information and intelligence to strengthen bids and proposals.
Customer Experience Administration and Collaboration
- Assist the customer experience team with administrative tasks that support our programme delivery for a broad range of funders and participants, from young people to senior leaders across different geographies, including impact reporting
- Process participant applications for our programmes and support with associated participant communications and queries.
- Support real-time delivery of our online programmes (as tech lead and/or helpdesk). This may require the flexibility to work outside of normal hours on occasion.
- Supporting internal collaboration by ensuring consistency in processes and documentation.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to create and maintain effective office management systems
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- A collaborative team-player, while also able to work well independently
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, MS Teams, and Outlook as well as Zoom
- Excellent written English, oral communication, and interpersonal skills

- Build and grow partnerships with corporates, governments, and philanthropic funders.
- Support grant applications, funding strategies, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with programmes.
- Create proposals, presentations, and communications that resonate.
- Navigate complex stakeholder conversations with confidence.
- Travel across the region to connect with partners and programmes.
- Facilitate programmes on the ground using Common Purpose methodologies.
Who You Are
You have:
- A proven track record in partnerships, philanthropic engagement, or programme funding in international development or the social sector.
- Deep understanding of philanthropic giving and grant-making landscapes in Asia Pacific and globally.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Comfort working independently and across multicultural, time-zone-spanning teams.
- Cultural curiosity, sensitivity, and adaptive leadership capacity.
- Passion for inclusive societies and social impact.
- Willingness and excitement to travel across the region.
Even better if you have:
- Experience with CSR organizations, NGOs, or philanthropic foundations in Asia Pacific.
- Knowledge of global development frameworks and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
- Background in customer relationship management or business development.
