The Horsebox Coffee Kiosk concept has been developed and implemented as part of Clan Cancer Support’s commercial activity through our trading subsidiary, Clan Now. The Coffee Kiosk will deliver commercial income to aid the sustainable, long term, financial position of the Charity. We are currently looking for passionate Baristas to join our team to ensure effective and efficient day-to-day running of the kiosk.
As a Barista you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.
This role is on a rota basis, on a zero hour contract and includes weekend working

Community Services Co-ordinator (Moray)
We are currently recruiting for a Community Services Co-ordinator, working 21 hours per week
Due to a staff development opportunity, we are seeking an experienced and influential Communications and Marketing Manager to lead our internal and external communications and marketing activity across the north-east of Scotland and the Northern Isles.
This is a wide-ranging and dynamic role in which you will play a key part in helping Clan communicate its mission of supporting people impacted by a cancer diagnosis.
You will be a natural communicator with a nose for what makes a story, with the experience and instinct required to ensure our messaging is communicated in the right way across a range of channels to maximise engagement.
You’ll work with our employees, volunteers and clients across our locations with external support on hand to help with design work and event delivery, as well as a full time Communications and Marketing Executive under your line management.
This is a full time role, based at Clan House in Aberdeen

We are currently recruiting for a Communications & Marketing Manager, working 35 hours per week
Are you trained in Reiki, Scar Tissue Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Reflexology, or Aromatherapy Massage? We're looking for passionate and compassionate therapists to join Clan Cancer Support – the North East’s longest-standing, self-funded cancer support charity.
Working from our welcoming Mintlaw base, you’ll provide essential therapies to people impacted by cancer – including those with a diagnosis and their loved ones. Our therapies help ease the physical and emotional side effects of cancer and caring responsibilities, such as fatigue, pain, nausea, insomnia, stress, and anxiety.

Communications & Marketing Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Communications & Marketing Manager, working 35 hours per week
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Community Services Coordinator to support the Area Services Co-ordinator to oversee and deliver direct support to individuals impacted by a cancer diagnosis. In this exciting and dynamic role, you will help coordinate our transport service and support a team of complementary therapists and support volunteers, with a key focus on the administration relating to all aspects of supporting the service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services across various Clan Wellbeing Centres and outreach bases throughout the Moray region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Support: Provide practical and emotional support to individuals affected by cancer, guiding them to appropriate services and resources.
- Therapist and Volunteer Coordination: Support a team of complementary therapists and support volunteers, ensuring they are motivated, working to Clan’s values and providing excellent support to clients.
- Service Delivery: Support the Area Services Co-ordinator to oversee and support the delivery of Clan’s listening and support service, complementary therapy sessions, free transport service and other services offered by Clan Cancer Support, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Outreach: Regularly travel across the Moray region to deliver support from Clan Wellbeing Centres and outreach bases, ensuring the smooth running of services and addressing any local needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, service providers, and community organisations to build and strengthen referral pathways.
- Administrative Support: Keep accurate records of daily client interactions, reviews and evaluations. Track service delivery using Clan’s preferred CRM system Charity Log, and ensure that feedback and evaluation is captured to help improve services via our client pathway.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a community services role, ideally within health and social care, charity, or volunteer coordination.
- Strong understanding of the emotional, psychological, and practical needs of people impacted by cancer.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to support and manage a diverse team of therapists and volunteers.
- Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and travel across the Moray region as needed.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
- Proficient in working with IT systems including but not limited to Microsoft word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint.
- Full, clean driving license, as travel across the region is required.
