Salary: Up to £44,500 per annum
We’re looking for a talented Executive Assistant to join CAF Bank, part of Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). You will be an integral part of our Bank team helping ensure our Chief Risk officer, Chief People Officer and Chief Commercial Office- CAF Bank are fully supported.
What you’ll do

As our Executive Assistant- CAF Bank you will:
- Support the CRO, CPO and CC with secretarial and admin support which include taking meeting minutes, diary management, parking and desk bookings. Scheduling meetings, organising travel arrangements, responding to enquiries as appropriate, requesting additional information where necessary and bringing important issues to the CRO, CPO and CCO’s attention.
- Providing an internal and external point of contact for all matters relating to the CRO, CPO and CCO.
- Acting as first point of contact for external callers and visitors.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
- Planning and organising your own programme of work without supervision, ensuring a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. You will also be required to build productive relationships with other areas of CAF as an organisation and maintain an awareness of current developments across both CAF and the wider charity sector.
- Management of expenses and payment of invoices.
- Work with the CRO, CPO and CCO to organise and collate MI for executive and governance meetings.
Who you’ll be
This role is for you if you have experience of working in a previous EA or PA role or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society. We are looking for:
- Previous experience of providing EA/PA support at Executive Level (C-Suite level)
- High level of competency in diary & time management, typing & IT skills.
- Previous experience of working directly with Boards and Senior Management, including minute taking and organising events.
- Excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Clear and concise written and oral communication covering both internal and external affairs.
- Impeccable integrity & discretion in dealing with often highly sensitive information.
- Highly organised and self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise as changing needs dictate

CAF are looking for a motivated and hands-on Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join our busy and energetic Technology department and this role is a key to helping us delivery on our technology aspirations.

As a Cloud Infrastructure Architect (reporting to Architecture Team Lead) you will:
- Work with the Architecture Team and wider department on all matters relating to Technology Architecture and governance.
- Collaborate with Technology and Business Stakeholders to provide strategic solutions architecture.
- Work to develop an integrated view of the Technology architecture, using repeatable approaches, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques
- Own and manage program of Technology assessments and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal projects to provide consultancy, support and solutions designs.
- Improve maturity of the Architecture function alongside the existing team.
- Responsible for relevant Domain Architecture Standards
Who you’ll be
This role is for you if you have experience of working in Technology as an Architect role or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society. We are looking for:
- Proven experience in technology architecture, governance, and delivering enterprise-scale solutions
- Strong knowledge of technology project and software delivery lifecycles.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to stakeholders at all levels, adapting the level of detail to suit the audience.
- Strong organizational, administration and time management skills.
- Technical expertise in:
- Cloud: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, M365, Azure, Cloud Security, Azure DevOps.
- Applications: .NET, MS Dynamics, SQL Server, SSRS, M365 Apps, Exchange, SharePoint, IIS, Apache.
- Security: OWASP, Firewalls, ISO27001, Azure Security Benchmark, Microsoft Defender, zScaler.
- Networking: Switches, Firewalls, ExpressRoute, MPLS, Routing Protocols, CASB, Azure FrontDoor.
- Servers: VMware, Windows Server (2008–2025), Linux.
- SDLC: Azure DevOps, IaC, Terraform.
- Experience with TOGAF
- Strong analysis and business analysis skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem management skills
- Experience of financial systems.
- High energy level and ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
