The role

- Basic salary:£19,110 for a full-timer (35 hours/week); OTE is £30–£40k.
- Location: across the Katharine House Hospice catchment area
We are working with the Fundraising Partnership to help grow the Katharine House Hospice lottery as an important part of our fundraising strategy.
If you are successful with your application, you would be employed by the Fundraising Partnership, but work on the Katharine House Hospice account.
Role requirements and details
You need to be reasonably mobile and physically fit and active, but the Fundraising Partnership can train you in all other parts of the job very easily. You will also be ethical and take pride in doing a job the right way. You need interpersonal skills, to be a good listener and be able to communicate effectively, but you don’t need to be really persuasive or great at making speeches as it isn’t what people think of as a sales job at all.
Most of all you need to have real integrity and self-motivation. The Fundraising Partnership trust their people to work to high standards.
It is a salaried role enhanced by a commission with full-time and part-time options, travel costs payment included (45p/mile). You will need to have a car but will typically be working within 30 minutes of your home. Full-time OTE is between £30-40k pa. The training is delivered via a home study course and ongoing support and coaching in the field.

Voluntary Services Coordinator
We are looking for a Voluntary Services Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the Voluntary Services Manager. The role will support volunteers and collaborate with colleagues across Katharine House to ensure the smooth running of a supportive and high-quality volunteering service.
Salary: £24,960 FTE (£14,643.20 prorated)Hours: 22 hours per weekReport to: Voluntary Services ManagerLocation: Katharine House Hospice in Adderbury with flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. This role requires working a Friday based at the hospice.

After a recent promotion within our team, we are looking for a welcoming and well organised Voluntary Services Coordinator to oversee the recruitment, coordination and support of our volunteers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and ensuring volunteers feel valued and well supported. It is a part-time role for 22 hours per week.
Our volunteers are an essential and much-loved part of the hospice team. You will ensure volunteers have a positive experience while helping the charity achieve its strategic goals.
