We’re looking for a warm and professional Weekend Deputy Manager to support our much-loved Dartmouth Boutique, set in the heart of the Dartmouth community. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a welcoming retail team where every sale, every donation and every customer conversation help make a real difference to local people and their families.

As the Deputy Manager you will play a key role in deputising for the Boutique Manager, and have the opportunity to contribute to a smooth-running operation that reinforces Rowcroft’s reputation in the local community, creating the special shopping experience our Dartmouth Boutique is known for..

You don’t need to know everything from day one. We’ll provide full support, training and guidance, so you can grow in confidence and feel fully equipped to succeed. What matters most is your positive attitude, an ability to work well with people and your enthusiasm for helping our boutique thrive. If you enjoy meeting people, love boutique retail, and want a weekend role with purpose, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
