Main purpose and scope of the job:

Design, implement and maintain staff training records on a system that can produce up to date reporting analytics and to produce monthly reports to track compliance with minimum training requirements.

Design and deliver comprehensive and engaging training programmes for new recruits and existing employees, volunteers and Trustees ensuring materials are relevant and up to date with new data and in line with revised laws and government initiatives around domestic abuse.

Actively identify specific learning techniques for individuals and adjust the training activities to suit those required, ensuring a variety for diverse groups.

Develop and deliver bespoke training to grow and empower capacity within “by and for” groups and organisations.

Liaise with external partners and organisations to promote and deliver external training packages that acts as an income generator for Stop Domestic abuse and promote the mission and objectives of the organisation.

Work closely with Hampshire Safeguarding Children’s Partnership (HSCP) and Hampshire Safeguarding Adults Board (HSAB) to develop and deliver high quality training to Hampshire workforce, meeting contractual requirements.

Collaboratively oversee the organisations training agreement process relating to external training programmes for internal employees.

Ensure all staff have completed and are up to date with training that is relevant to their individual job role via organisational skills audit.

Attend recruitment fairs with HR representatives to further promote the training services.

Hours Per Week: 37 hours – Monday – Thursday 9:30am – 5:30pm, Friday – 9:30am – 5pm – Flexibility is required to attend events in the evenings and at weekends.
