About the job
The overall purpose of the role is to provide administrative support for the People, Culture and Communications team, ensuring mandatory and best practice training opportunities run smoothly, records are managed and monitored effectively, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. No two days are quite the same in this role. You may start your morning booking training rooms and sending joining instructions or responding to training inbox queries. You might be interrupted by someone by your desk to help set up a lone working device, be coordinate attendance registers, update training records, liaise with external providers and making sure everything is in place for successful learning events and activities. You will support the 400+ colleagues at Coastline and will be equally confident dealing with people, systems and data. Your immediate team members are 12 passionate professionals across HR, Recruitment, Training and Development and Communications and Marketing and your role will report into the Training and Development Partner.
