About the role

The Technical & Coordination Officer will support the implementation of WASH infrastructure construction and upgradation activities in selected factory worker communities in Tongi, Chattogram, and Anwara. The position will be responsible for technical planning, design, estimation, supervision, and coordination of community WASH facilities and related services.

The role will also work closely with factory management professionals and factory WASH committees to promote safe WASH practices among workers, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support partnerships with Local Government Institutions (LGIs), utilities, and other Government of Bangladesh stakeholders. The position will contribute to project monitoring, knowledge management, behaviour change communication initiatives, and the promotion of innovative WASH solutions.
