Support Worker/Teaching Assistant (Multiple Vacancies) 

Position 1: Monday-Friday, 7.5 hours/day 9am-4:30pm (all year round)

Position 2 (2 vacancies): Tuesday-Friday, 7.5 hours/day 9am-4:30pm (all year round)

Position 3 (2 vacancies): Thursday and Wednesday, 7.5 hours/day 9am-4:30pm (all year round) 

Position 4: Monday-Wednesday, 7.5 hours/day 9am-4:30pm (term-time only – Red2Green terms)

Position 5: Monday, 7.5 hours, 9am-4:30pm (term-time only – Red2Green terms)

All positions are permanent.

Supply SEN Tutor

Multiple positions available. Hours when required.

9am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Support Worker/Teacher Assistant

The Role

We are looking for supportive, caring, and creative individuals to support our leaners with autism and learning disabilities in our services. You may work with a group, or as a 1:1 with an individual. No two days are the same, so you need to enjoy variety. You will be able to care for our adults with dignity and ensure they enjoy their time with us.

Benefits include:

• All year round staff get 28 days annual leave per annum (pro rata), plus all UK Bank holidays. Three days are used between Christmas and New Year whilst we are closed.
• As a member of our support staff, you are provided with Red2Green T-shirts and hoodies.
• Training is provided and undertaken during working hours.
• We make staff wellbeing a priority, with 2 Mental Health First Aiders and regular supervision sessions with managers.

We are currently looking for Supply Tutors to join our family. The role is to act as a cover tutor in our Aspirations service to cover sickness and annual leave.

Hours: Zero Hours

Contract: Permanent 

Salary: £18 per hour + 12.07% holiday pay

Supply SEN Tutor

The Role

We are looking for caring, creative, and versatile individuals to join our team of Cover Tutors to cover annual leave and sickness for our Aspirations Tutor Team. You will work with a group of autistic learners delivering work set by a member of the team or created by yourself. No two days are the same, so you need to enjoy variety. You will understand the needs of our autistic learners and help them reach their objectives.
