Job Description

Join Our Team as a Support Worker (Male Only)

Are you looking for a role where you can truly make a difference? Or perhaps you're considering a rewarding change in your career? If so, we would be delighted to hear from you.

We are currently seeking support workers to join our team in Wheathampstead, a lovely village located between St Albans and Luton. In this role, you will be supporting six adults aged between 18 and 60, each with their own unique personalities and needs.

This is a full-time position offering 37.5 hours per week, following a rotating shift pattern which includes days, evenings, and weekends. If you are looking for more flexibility, we also have part-time and flexible hours available.

We believe that life should be enjoyable, and our team is committed to creating joyful and meaningful experiences for the people we support. We often go for walks, visit the cinema, and enjoy outings to the zoo. Closer to home, we like exploring the village, browsing the shops, or relaxing with a coffee at a café or a visit to the pub.

At home, we enjoy sensory activities and use specialist equipment to help engage with different experiences. We also appreciate the simple things in life, like reading together or enjoying some quiet time.

If you share our values of kindness, respect, compassion, fun, and honesty, we would love to hear from you. Join a supportive and caring team where no two days are the same, and your work has real purpose.

Due to occupational requirements, we are only able to progress with applications from male applicants for this vacancy.

Ready to take the next step? Apply today and begin your journey with us.
