Support Worker

Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team individual's with ages ranging between 34 to 70.

Most of us are fairly mobile but some need a little bit of physical assistance to get around our home and out and about. We have different challenges in our lives which include visual and hearing impairment, autism and learning disabilities.We have a staff team who are all trained and familiar with supporting someone with similar needs.

Our Shifts:   8am to 8pm, and nights 8pm to 8am

Shift Requirement: Days & Waking Nights

Contract: Bank

UK Driving License Required? No

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting a group of adults to live their daily life in the way they want to live it.  This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

Supporting individuals with personal care and mobility

Helping people access the community and enjoy everyday activities

Medication admin

Preparing meals and drinks that meet a variety of dietary needs

Creating a clean, friendly, and safe home environment
