- Visiting coffee shops and places of interest
The people we support value a team that is fun‑loving, kind, considerate and respectful of personal space.

- 8am – 3.30pm
- 2.30pm – 10pm
- 10pm – 8am (waking nights)
Please note: We are not currently recruiting for waking night shifts, but there may be occasional waking night cover required for annual leave or sickness.
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking colleagues who are:
- Compassionate and committed to delivering high‑quality support
- Able to work positively within a team
- Respectful of individual preferences and boundaries
- Flexible with working patterns and availability
- Ready to bring enthusiasm and reliability
- Candidates should hold a UK driving license and have access to a vehicle (the home is rural and not well-served by public transport)
Why this role matters
You’ll be joining a stable, well‑established service in Wigton where your work has a direct and lasting impact. You’ll help people live more independently, pursue their interests, and feel valued and supported every day.
If you’re ready to bring your kindness, energy, and professionalism to a role that truly changes lives, we’d love to hear from you.
