Join our amazing team at our residential service in Spalding.

A full manual UK license is required, as we use a company vehicle to drive individuals to appointments, activities outside the home, and trips.

You will join our wonderful team at our 6-bedded Residential service, where you will support 6 people who lead varied, active lives and enjoy being out and about, busy getting on with things.

As a Support Worker, you will support people to live a varied, active life and to enjoy being out and about, busy getting on with things.

The shifts vary and generally include 7 am - 4:30/5 pm, 3:30/4:30 pm - 10 pm on weekdays, and 7 am - 2:30 pm and 2:30 pm - 10 pm on weekends. Flexibility is essential to support the valuable service we provide.
