Your wellbeing matters. We’re committed to creating a workplace where you feel supported, valued, and able to thrive. From flexible working to wellbeing resources, we make sure you have what you need to stay balanced and at your best — both in and out of work.

Thanks to our incredible teams, Dimensions has been recognised as a Great Place to Work for 2026 — our seventh consecutive year of accreditation.

You’ll be joining a warm, welcoming 8-bedroom supported living home where seven adults live — one lady and six gentlemen, aged from their 20s to their 60s. Each person has their own bedroom, with shared communal living spaces that create a friendly, social environment.

Everyone here is independent in many areas of life and simply needs additional support where required. The focus is on enabling choice, promoting independence, and supporting people to live the life they choose.

What the people we support enjoy
