Job Title: Support Ambassador
Salary Details: £26,096 pro rata for a 35 hour week
Post: shifts to include weekends, bank holidays & on-call as part of a rota)
Location: Skipton

As a Support Ambassador, you will:
- Deliver compassionate, person-centred support that protects dignity and promotes independence
- Mentor support staff, leading by example and modelling exceptional practice
- Build genuine relationships with residents and families
- Respond with emotional intelligence, patience, and professionalism
- Contribute to a safe, supportive, positive culture
- Work alongside the management team to maintain high standards of care
- Deliver 3 hours of meaningful activities each week
- Be part of the on-call rota
