About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an innovative and enthusiastic social worker to join the multi-disciplinary team at Strathcarron Hospice, as part of our Patient and Family Support Team. This role will work alongside our existing social workers, chaplain and counsellors to provide practical and emotional support to the patients and families in our care.
What We’re Looking For
You must be Dip SW or CQSW qualified. Registration with SSSC is essential.
Good communication skills are essential. You must be motivated, responsive and adaptable and able to work positively within a team.
The post is subject to a check by the Protecting Vulnerable Group Scheme.
All new employees will be subject to a probationary period of 3 months, during which performance and suitability for the role will be assessed.
