Short-term Mission Worker Recruiter in Germany

Join WEC's Germany branch to support our new workers and mobilise people into mission. As part of the New Workers Department based in Eppstein, you will recruit, screen, train and mentor applicants wanting to join WEC teams across the world.

You will help to organise events like orientation for those preparing to go, as well as missionary re-entry weekends and reunions.

You will enjoy representing WEC at relevant Christian conferences, and accept invitations to visit churches, meeting church leaders, to make WEC more widely known and challenge believers to get involved in cross-cultural evangelism and mission.

Qualities & Gifts Sought

You have some cross-cultural experience and have some fluency in German (with opportunities to improve).

You enjoy flexible working and love team work which involves great variety.

You have a passion to see young people reach their full potential with God's help.

About Germany
