WE’RE HIRING – SESSIONAL LEAD WORKER
Join Life Of Her CIC and be part of creating safe, empowering spaces for young women and girls in our community
Role: Sessional Lead Worker
Location: Wembley Park
Duration: 4 Months
Start Date: Mid–Late July 2026
Commitment: 1 day per week
Session: 4:30pm – 6:30pm
(4:00pm arrival | 7:00pm finish – 3 hours total)
Pay: £70 per session
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about youth work, mentoring, empowerment, and community impact.
You should have:
Experience working with young people, especially young women and girls
Confidence leading group sessions
Strong communication and organisational skills
A genuine passion for making a difference
