We seek an enthusiastic, motivated experienced services manager to oversee the management of Age UK Sunderland’s Essence Service. A minimum of 3 years operational management experience is essential with substantial experience of implementing support services ideally working with people with dementia and their carers. The successful candidate must have excellent I.T, report writing and communication skills and the ability to effectively promote the service to a wide range of stakeholders. You should also have a good standard of education, preferably to degree level as well as experience of partnership working and staff and volunteer management. Candidates are required to have a full clean driving licence and have access to a car for work. This post is subject to a DBS Enhanced Disclosure check.
