This is a fantastic opportunity for a fully qualified accountant or finalist to play a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy and integrity of Brandon's financial information while supporting strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

About the Role

As Senior Management Accountant, you'll lead the Management Accounting function, oversee core financial ledgers and ensure robust financial controls are in place. Key responsibilities include:

 • Producing monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and performance reports
 • Overseeing key financial ledgers including Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Cashbooks, Fixed Assets and General Ledger
 • Leading annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes

 • Line managing and developing the Management Accountant and supporting the wider finance team

About You

You'll have:

• Full accountancy qualification (or be a finalist nearing qualification)
 • Significant experience in management accounting, financial reporting and financial control
 • Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial planning experience
 • Advanced Excel and analytical skills
 • Experience of improving processes and implementing efficiencies
 • The ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues
 • Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills
