Bryanston School is seeking an experienced Senior Groundsperson to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis. Working closely with the Head Groundsperson, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management, presentation, and continuous improvement of our outstanding sports grounds.
Key responsibilities:- Preparation and maintenance of football, rugby and cricket pitches
- Upkeep of synthetic hockey/netball surfaces, tennis courts, and athletics areas
- Supporting safe, high-standard facilities used by pupils, external clubs and community groups
- Experience in grounds or pitch maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Team player with good communication skills
