£33,000- £37,000 plus benefits
Reports to: Audience Marketing Manager
Directorate: Marketing, Fundraising & Engagement
Contract: 12 month fixed-term contract
Hours: Full time 35 hours per week (We are open to flexible working requests such as compressed hours)
Location: Stratford, London Office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office)

We’re looking for a Senior Executive, Audience Marketing to join our Loyalty and Cultivation team. As a Senior Executive you will play a key role in engaging and retaining our valued supporters
The Loyalty & Cultivation team sits within our Marketing and Digital department and leads the development and delivery of marketing strategies, campaigns and journeys to develop emotional loyalty in existing supporters, with the aim of driving additional actions and greater lifetime value.
This role will focus specifically on below the line channels (email, SMS, -direct mail, telemarketing, paid social) and offers a great opportunity for a marketing professional that is passionate about delivering personalised experiences through data-driven marketing
What will I be doing?

Translate cross-channel strategy into production specific briefs, leading on the delivery of data and digital campaign set-up requirements in collaboration with Data Selections, Web Analyst, Social and Marketing Delivery teams

Oversee the campaign set-up and management process across all channels, ensuring campaign elements are audited prior to launch

Work with Adobe, Social and Marketing Delivery teams to deliver email, SMS, social and other specialist marketing activity

Undertake internal and external landscape analysis to define and develop the audiences and product offerings that need activating as part of the marketing delivery plan

Translate the product marketing plan into cross-channel integrated briefs that meet the needs of Cancer Research UK audiences and work with agencies and internal teams to deliver required outputs from brief response through to development and approval

Take responsibility for the content and creative production process, working with agencies, freelancers and in-house Creative Team to develop compelling creative across a range of channels

Work with UX experts to devise pre-launch test and learn initiatives and in-campaign A/B testing, using results to recommend areas for optimisation

With Marketing Executive support, lead on all aspects of campaign delivery including direct mail production and fulfilment and paid digital campaign delivery

Lead on in-campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis, sharing recommendations for optimisation and to improve the effectiveness of future campaigns with the Audience Marketing Manager and key stakeholders
What are we looking for?

Relevant experience of delivering multi-channel campaigns, from planning through to execution and analysis, that meet campaign KPIs. Experience in digital and below-the-line channels would be particularly relevant.

Good understanding of end-to-end supporter or customer journeys and the role of different channels in fully integrated campaigns

Data-driven with a good understanding of UX principles and experience of interpreting results and using insight to recommend opportunities for optimisation

Experience of developing highly effective campaign assets for use across channels

Experience working day-to-day on email service platforms (Adobe desired but not essential)

Commercially aware with understanding of budget management

Experience of building positive working relationships and working effectively as part of a team

Experience of managing own workload, meeting deadlines and effectively handling changing priorities
