About the role
Resilience Team Leader
Citizens Advice Somerset is seeking a Resilience Team Leader to lead the development and delivery of targeted and responsive advice provision, supporting clients to recover, rebuild and retain financial resilience.
You’ll ensure our programme aligns with the Somerset Crisis and Resilience Alliance, representing the service within Neighbourhood Networks, and strengthening relationships between our Resilience Team and partner organisations.
The team will provide advice and casework across, supporting clients referred through Alliance partners, Task Lists, Adviceline and CoAPs.
This role suits a confident communicator and experienced adviser or caseworker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll lead and support the Resilience Team, occasionally provide direct client support in person or remotely, and ensure high-quality, target-driven delivery. Strong organisation, coaching skills and the ability to build effective partnerships are essential. If you’re motivated by helping people regain stability and want to contribute to a countywide support network, this role offers a meaningful opportunity.
