We have a fantastic Registered Care Manager (RCM) opportunity within our Sense Residential & Supported Living service in Kings Heath, Birmingham.
This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week. We are offering a Registered Care Manager in King's Heath £39,722 per annum as of April 2026.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the management team,
Our main service includes supporting those who have a range of complex needs, including sensory loses and learning disabilities and we also have adjoining flats where we support individuals on a one to one basis.
You will be a CQC registered manager with strong regulatory knowledge, confident leading in a fast-paced environment. The role involves overseeing the service, and managing the staff team consisting of three Deputy Managers and Support Workers, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.
This role requires flexible working, for 5 days across Mondays to Sundays, primarily office based with the requirement to work hands-on when necessary.
Your required skills and experiences:
- At least 24 months experience of management in a care setting.
- Good knowledge & understanding of Residential and Supported Living.
- Effective communication with stakeholders, commissioners, and users alike.
- NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care - or willing to work towards it is essential. Sense will fund this qualification.
- A UK Manual Driving License
