Recruitment & HR Administrator
We are looking for a proactive and compassionate Recruitment and Human Resources Administrator to provide high-quality, timely recruitment and HR administration service.
In this varied role, you will support managers across the organisation with end-to-end recruitment, helping to attract and onboard talented individuals who share our commitment to delivering outstanding care. You will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
You will also provide essential administrative support to the wider HR team, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely processing of HR documentation. You’re attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will help keep our people processes running efficiently, contributing to a positive and supportive working environment.
This role would suit someone with a foundation in HR who is looking to develop their career in a meaningful setting. We are particularly interested in candidates who are organised, approachable, and eager to learn. For the right individual, there might be the opportunity to undertake a CIPD Level 3 qualification, offering a pathway for further professional development.
