Receptionist
About the role
ACS Egham International School is seeking a Receptionist. Be the warm welcome at one of the UK’s leading international schools.
The opportunity
Every great school experience starts with a warm welcome.
As our Receptionist & Admissions Assistant, you’ll be the friendly, professional face of ACS Egham, the person families meet when they first visit, prospective parents turn to for guidance, and students see on their very first day.
This is a varied role at the heart of a busy, welcoming campus. One moment you could be greeting a new family for a shadow day; the next, supporting the Admissions Team with visa compliance checks, preparing for an Open Day, or helping colleagues across the school.
If you’re organised, approachable and calm under pressure, and you take pride in being the person who quietly makes everything run smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
Why ACS Egham?
Set across more than 30 acres of beautiful English countryside, next to the Royal Savill Garden and just 25 miles from central London, ACS Egham is an IB World School for students aged 4 to 18.
We were the first school in the UK to offer all four International Baccalaureate programmes, and our vibrant community brings together students, families and colleagues from more than 40 countries.
You’ll join a genuinely international and close-knit team where everyone has an important role to play in our mission: to inspire the world’s next global thinkers and doers.
We’re proud to create a warm, welcoming and supportive environment where our students, families and colleagues feel valued.
