Quality Delivery Coordinator Permanent, Full Time: 35 hours per week Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 + Benefits Home based in England, Scotland or Wales with occasional travel
We are looking for a Quality Delivery Co‑Ordinator to play a key role in ensuring the effective onboarding, approval, and management of centres and qualifications. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to maintaining high quality assurance standards, support regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across operations. You will work closely with internal teams and centres, providing guidance, coordinating activity, and helping to protect the integrity of qualifications.
About the role
To ensure the effective onboarding, management, and oversight of centres and qualifications by delivering a compliant, efficient, and risk-informed approval and lifecycle process. The role supports quality assurance standards by maintaining accurate data, coordinating EQA allocation, providing guidance to centres, and driving continuous improvement to protect the integrity of qualifications and ensure regulatory compliance.
You will manage the end-to-end centre approval process to ensure timely and compliant onboarding and conduct due diligence activity to identify risks, while overseeing qualification approval requests to ensure alignment with quality assurance frameworks and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate and administer centre lifecycle activities, including closures, change requests, and dormant centre engagement, ensuring accurate records and compliance, and maintain, review and update related processes and SOPs to ensure efficiency of operations.
You will liaise with Quality Assurance Managers to assign External Quality Assurers (EQAs) to centres via Smarter Touch and communicate updates to ensure centres are informed of their allocated EQA, while delivering training and guidance to centres on policies, procedures, and quality expectations to support consistent standards. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date data within systems and collaborate with internal teams to support continuous improvement, projects, and operational efficiency across QA and wider business functions, including logistical and administration support where necessary.
About you
You will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with proven experience of working within and advising those operating within a regulated sector, alongside demonstrable experience of developing and implementing clear and effective policies and procedures and experience of working within an Awarding Organisation. You will be able to interpret complex regulations, policies, and procedures and analyse and report on complex information.
You will be bring experience in a customer facing role, providing excellent customer service in a high volume and demand-led environment. You will also demonstrate diligence, perseverance, and excellent attention to detail with accuracy for recording information, including accuracy of entering key data into bespoke IT systems and adhering to compliance. Experience in using Power BI, Advanced Excel Skills, and demonstrable experience in training or facilitating workshops to assist teams understanding their compliance responsibilities would also be beneficial but not essential.
