UWC Atlantic College is recruiting for a passionate coordinator
The Philanthropy, Engagement and Partnerships (PEP) Coordinator will provide central campaign, project, administrative, and logistical support across our Philanthropy, Engagement & Partnerships team. In this pivotal role, you will maximise fundraising and donor-engagement activity by orchestrating well-organised meetings, strategic travel arrangements, and flagship events, all while maintaining precise records, deadlines, and action plans using shared project-management tools.
The role will ensure consistent use of shared project-management tools and established processes, the post holder will provide accurate, discreet, and responsive administrative support across PEP. In doing so, the role delivers targeted administrative support for the Director of PEP, Transformational Gift Team, Global Ambassadors, and the Regional Ambassadors Programme (RAP).
