About the SULE Project
The Service User & Lived Experience (SULE) Project places lived experience at the centre of Norfolk’s drug and alcohol treatment system. We gather insights from people currently in treatment, those not yet accessing support, and their families and carers, to help shape future services.
As part of this work, we are building a strong, inclusive, peer‑led Recovery Community across Norfolk. This community provides safe, trauma‑informed spaces where people can connect, take part in peer-led activities, gain confidence, and influence how Drug & Alcohol services are designed and delivered.

About the Role
We’re looking for Peer Community Facilitators to help grow and support our lived‑experience‑led recovery community. Using your own recovery experience, you’ll help create welcoming, safe spaces and ensure lived experience has a real voice in shaping services across Norfolk.
