Creating pathways for creative minds.

Do you live and breathe fashion, computer games and creative culture, with a real passion for higher education and guiding young people on their next step? In this role, you are the brand – one of the first faces students meet – and your presence, personal style, authenticity and creative credibility will leave a lasting impression.

LCCA is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Outreach Manager to lead engagement with Schools and Colleges.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person who can open doors, spark curiosity, and inspire the next generation of creatives. Someone with a drive to build a brand-new outreach function from the ground up, shaping how students discover LCCA and see themselves as part of it.

This is a unique opportunity offering the freedom to design an impactful approach to student outreach. While Fashion and Computer Games are at the heart of this role, you’ll also champion our other disciplines including: Graphic Design, Entrepreneurship & Hospitality.

This is your chance to be more than a recruiter. To be a guide, a brand ambassador, and the moment a student thinks, “This is where my creative future begins.”

About the Role;

As our Outreach Manager, you will be the face of LCCA across schools, colleges, and creative career events. You will lead all outreach activity, build strong relationships, and design the full student engagement strategy that translates inspiration into quality applications.

You will:

  • Lead, organise, and deliver high-impact outreach to schools and colleges, initially across Greater London, and eventually expanding nationally.
  • Represent LCCA confidently, stylishly, and authentically, embodying the creative culture we champion.
  • Build deep, lasting relationships with feeder schools while proactively creating new partnerships.
  • Deliver inspiring presentations that explain real career pathways into fashion and the creative industries, and how LCCA can be the launchpad.
  • Manage all visit and event scheduling and collaborate with academics to showcase our programmes.
  • Review every student touchpoint and build an outreach plan covering events, website content, CRM journeys, nurture campaigns, and more aligned to the Outreach Strategy and Marketing Strategy.
  • Work closely with our Marketing team to align messaging and grow our market share.

Who you are:

  • An expert with demonstrable Higher Education outreach experience, with clear knowledge and experience of developing, delivering and monitoring Access and Participation Plans (APPs)
  • Strong understanding of Office for Students (OfS) regulatory expectations relating to access, participation, continuation and student outcomes
  • Natural people-person with instant presence and the ability to inspire students.
  • Has a keen interest and understanding of fashion and/or computer games and higher education in the UK.
  • Deep understanding of UCAS, HE recruitment cycles, and the student journey.
  • Experienced in outreach, recruitment, marketing, youth engagement, or creative industries.
  • Able to design and deliver creative, consistent outreach plans across multiple touchpoints.
  • Independent, ambitious, and energised by building something new.
  • Motivated by impact, visibility, and results while representing an institution with authenticity.

Why this role is special:

This is your chance to:

  • Build an outreach function from scratch.
  • Represent a leading creative institution with real freedom and visibility.
  • Help LCCA raise its brand awareness and recognition amongst key target audiences
  • Potentially grow this into a team leadership role as we scale and grow.

Why LCCA?

Because this is where creativity leads, individuality is celebrated and education opens doors. You’ll work in a creative environment where your ideas matter, your work has real impact, and your outreach helps shape who gets to be part of the future of fashion.
