Overview

Against a backdrop of Kingdom expansion, the launch of new sites, and continuing congregant growth in all our Sunday and mid-week settings, we are seeking to strengthen key areas on staff team to ensure healthy and sustainable organisational growth. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about excellent administration, compliance and regulations to help support and develop strong foundations and structures in the outworking of ‘good governance’.
You will work at an advanced and trusted level for CLM Church (“CLM”) and its trading subsidiaries. The role will favour those that thrive in a fast paced, dynamic work environment where you can bring analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, time and project management skills to play. Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide operational support in the primary functional areas of human resources and risk & compliance, and with opportunity to support in other reporting and information management tasks.
You will be able to demonstrate extensive relevant professional experience and, ideally, accreditation and / or qualifications in one of the primary functional areas detailed in the responsibilities section. Consideration will also be given to the funding and support of relevant professional / industry qualifications, particularly in support of the legal and regulatory aspects of this role.

- Working days| Full time | 37.5 hours, working days Monday to Friday
- Flexibility| *Consideration will be given to part-time applications

- Role |Temporary one-year fixed term, subject to a satisfactory DBS checks and
three-month probationary period. Scope for extension beyond first year.
- Salary(FTE) | £27,000 to £36,000 dependant on qualifications, experience and ability
