The Role

As an Operations Assistant, you’re the face of ASV. You’ll help keep our facilities safe, welcoming, and running smoothly. No two shifts are the same — from setting up sports events to supervising the pool, you’ll be right in the action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lifeguarding of our Olympic sized swimming pool and diving pool
  • Set up and dismantle equipment for sports activities and exercise classes
  • Ensure facilities are safe, clean, and ready to go (inside and out)
  • Respond to customer questions and requests in a friendly, professional way
  • Provide emergency first aid and respond confidently to incidents
  • Create a positive experience for every customer, every shift

What We’re Looking For

  • RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (don’t have it yet? We can help you get it!)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • Reliability and professionalism
