Night Senior (Care Facilitator) February 2026

Stanhope Court is a small, friendly care home specialising in dementia care, with high staff-to-resident ratios so you have the time to care properly. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our night team two nights per week.

  What we’re looking for:
• Senior care experience (preferably NVQ 3) minimum NVQ 2 in Health & Social Care, willing to work towards NVQ 3
• Confident leading shifts and supporting colleagues
• Compassionate, calm, and reliable
