You will Drop - in You will book and deliver music sessions in our onsite music studio at our Drop - in Centre. in a group and on a 1 - 1 basis in our music studio and engage with young people in our Drop complete tasks relating to the smooth running of the Centre service. You will be required to attend mandatory training on topics such as safeguarding. wellbeing and February 2026 As a Music Studio Youth Worker, you will: - Oversee the day - to - day use of Youth Concern’s on - site music studio, taking responsibility for booking, managing and recording appointments with young people. Support young people to express themselves through the creation of music, responding to their individual likes and dislikes. Teach young people new skills when in the music studio, to support them to be able to use the music studio independently in the future. Support a caseload of young people who access our music studio, including with issues not relating to music P rovide a welcoming and safe environment for Aylesbury Vale’s young people L isten to young people non - judgementally and build professional, trusting relationships with them . , when needed. - - - - - - Report any safeguarding concerns you have about a young person to your line manager and/or the safeguarding team . - D eliver youth work in the community through our outreach service which includes work in all weathers in locations such as parks. . - - Record all interactions with young people on our CRM database - C omplete tasks that contribute to running . ensuring our kitchen provision is compliant with food hygiene regulations . restocking our onsite food bank the Drop - in Centre service such as and - C arry out any other duties as required .
