We're looking for a motivated analyst with a passion for data quality, insight generation, and supporting meaningful member experiences. In this role, you’ll help manage and analyse membership data, build reports and dashboards, support surveys and feedback activities, and work with teams across the organisation to drive data-informed decisions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintaining clean, accurate membership data across our CRM and related systems.
  • Assisting in the analysis of membership trends, including retention, engagement, and behavioural patterns.
  • Producing clear reports and dashboards using Excel and BI tools to support teams across the organisation.
  • Supporting our annual member survey, feedback exercises, and intelligencegathering activities.
  • Working closely with marketing, events, and programmes teams to provide targeting data for campaigns and track engagement.
  • Documenting data processes and contributing to continuous improvements in how we handle and interpret member insights.

What you’ll bring:
A foundational understanding of data tools (Excel, Power BI or SQL), strong attention to detail, curiosity about what data can reveal, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical colleagues. If you’re excited to grow your skills and make an impact through datadriven work, this role is a great next step.

The post-holder can be based at either our London or Cardiff locations. At least two days per week must be spent in the office.
