We are seeking a compassionate, organised and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated Learning Support team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students with additional needs, helping them to access the mainstream curriculum, develop confidence and independence, and achieve their full potential within a supportive and ambitious school environment.
The successful candidate will provide in-class support, deliver targeted interventions, assist with practical learning activities, and work collaboratively with teachers, tutors, parents and external agencies to ensure students receive the support they need to thrive. They will play a key role in monitoring progress and wellbeing, implementing individual targets, and contributing to the inclusive culture of the School.
We are looking for an excellent communicator and team player who is calm under pressure, committed to high standards and passionate about supporting young people. In return, you will join a thriving and forward-thinking school community where safeguarding, pupil wellbeing and educational excellence are at the heart of everything we do. This role is term-time only.
