Ably Different in Materials, Minerals and Mining (ADM3) is a IOM3 member network led by a volunteer committee. The group aims to support equality of opportunity for members who identify as disabled, as well as allies including family members, carers and colleagues.

We do this by raising awareness, supporting inclusion and promoting equality of opportunity across materials, minerals and mining, and within the wider STEM community.

The ADM3 committee is looking for new volunteers to help grow an inclusive professional environment within IOM3. Join us to support advocacy, raise awareness, share knowledge and help ensure equality of opportunity across the sector.
