OU Endowment Management Ltd. is a commercial subsidiary of the University of Oxford. We manage approximately £6.5bn in assets for over 40 different institutional investors, including the University, many of its colleges and trusts, and several UK charities.

Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join OUem’s investment team as a paid summer intern in 2026, gaining the foundational skills required for a career in investment management.
The role is suitable for intellectually curious, driven candidates who wish to develop a solid grounding in investment analysis and portfolio management within a small, high-quality team working in Oxford.

As a summer intern, you will gain an extensive overview of endowment investment management, including how a long-term, multi-asset portfolio is constructed and managed.
