Insights Lead

Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 Location: Based at our head office in Quenington, Gloucestershire, with scope for hybrid working

We’re looking for a curious and experienced Insights Lead to help strengthen organisational learning across the Trust.

This is not a traditional monitoring and evaluation role. You’ll help us better understand the difference our work makes by connecting data, reflection and learning across our places, programmes and partnerships. Working with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll develop meaningful insights that support better decision-making, continuous improvement and long-term impact.
