About the role

Based in an inner city multi-racial area of Leeds, Chapeltown Citizens Advice is an independent charity. We are a leading provider of legal advice and information that provides a comprehensive advice service from its main office and outreaches.

We are a busy, client focused and dynamic service with a track record of delivering high quality advice. Our services are delivered between 9am and 5pm

Responsible to: Advice Service Manager

Salary scale: £23,953 plus 5% pension contribution

Location: Chapeltown, Leeds

Purpose of post: You will be the first point of contact for clients who contact us. This is a busy service, prioritising callers from across Leeds or via our face to face drop in service. You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player who can help drive forward the service. You will have effective communication skills and an ability to work proactively to our targets, both individually and within a team, along with being able to demonstrate effective computer literacy

Hours per week: 36.25 hours per week

Type of contract: Fixed Term to 30/09/27 with potential to extend
