We are looking to recruit an Independent Sexual Violence Advocate (ISVA). The role is to provide practical and emotional support to the clients we work with to help them feel safe and enable them to move on from their lived experience enabling them to reclaim power and control in their lives.

They will work alongside our friendly and supportive ISVA team within an award-winning ISVA department and will be an integral member of the wider Safeline team.

Contract
Full Time 37.5 hours per week, 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Office Based in Warwick and covering Warwickshire & travel (Hybrid: office and homeworking)

Salary
£28,000 per annum.

Assess the needs of victims of sexual abuse and their families.

Develop and implement individual client support plans.

Provide on-going face to face and telephone support to clients and their supporters.

Support clients who choose to report a crime through the criminal justice system from reporting to court and beyond.

Build and maintain positive and highly effective working relationships with key partner agencies including the police and CPS.
