Hub Team Leader – Rhyl, North Wales
37.5 hours per week;
fixed term contract to March 2027

SCP25-26; £29,284 – £30,237;
(equivalent £15.02 – £15.51 per hour);

Working at the Drop-In Hub service, providing a welcoming, safe and supportive environment for individuals experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping, or multiple disadvantages.

The role includes supporting clients, assisting with their immediate and ongoing needs, organising and facilitating activities,
