35 hours a week
£35,435 per annum, pro rata based on a 35 hour working week
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for 2x HR Advisers to join our HR Team in Bootle.
As Human Resources Adviser, you will deliver a varied caseload of HR work and projects, providing advice, guidance and practical support across the full range of HR issues to regional line managers and staff and to members of the HR team, within Autism Initiatives HR guidelines/policies/procedures and relevant legislative requirements.
Experience of providing clear, balanced advice and guidance on a wide range of generalist HR issues to management teams together with the ability to develop good working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally is essential.
This role would suit a challenging, dynamic and creative team player, who is collaborative but who leads by example and has the ability to work under pressure, plan, prioritise and meet sometimes conflicting deadlines.
This is a truly rewarding role, with the opportunity for you to develop your existing skills and knowledge within a HR environment.
Ideally you will already have obtained a Level 5 CIPD qualification, or will be working towards and have relevant experience in a similar role.
This position is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure for the successful applicant, costs of which will be met by Autism Initiatives
