Are you passionate about community and reducing inequalities? Do you believe everyone deserves equal access to sexual‑health information and services? Do you want to help empower people with the knowledge and tools to improve their sexual health and wellbeing?

Your role

You will deliver targeted community‑based interventions that reduce health inequalities by supporting people who face barriers to sexual‑health services or are at greater risk of poorer outcomes. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference for underserved communities.

About you

You will bring strong knowledge of health inequalities and be an effective communicator who can build relationships quickly, influence others and work confidently with diverse communities. You’ll have experience planning and delivering sessions across multi‑disciplinary teams, be able to self-organise and prioritise work for the best outcomes. Knowledge of sexual health and HIV is desirable but can also be developed in post. You will be committed to Brigstowe’s ethos of respect, empowerment and inclusion.
