Health Improvement Advisor – Healthier Weight (Amber Valley/Erewash Locality)

This role will join Derbyshire County Council’s Public Health Department, within Live Life Better Derbyshire, supporting the work of the Adult Healthier Weight Programme. This is a growing service which is looking for an individual to deliver on the Tier 2, Adult Healthier Weight Programme. The successful candidate must have a passion and ability for supporting Derbyshire residents to make healthier choices.
