Meadow Farm Primary School is a friendly, welcoming and nurturing school, which places emphasis on promoting high standards and providing a broad and inclusive curriculum. The school was last inspected by Ofsted in October 2023 which graded the school as ‘Good’ overall.

We are looking for candidates who are:

• An inspirational and ambitious leader who is able to motivate both staff and pupils to achieve their potential
• Able to demonstrate strong strategic leadership across all aspects of the school
• Have a proven track record of improving outcomes while in a Senior Leadership role at a primary school
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all staff, parents and pupils
• Able to sustain and promote high quality teaching and learning across school
