About the Role

MAP is seeking a Head of West Bank Programmes to provide strategic leadership and oversight of MAP’s programme portfolio across the West Bank, ensuring effective programme development, delivery, and impact.

About You

The ideal candidate should have a background in public health, health administration, health policy or a related field, with extensive experience in programme management, health programme design, donor-funded projects, budget and resource management, and working in humanitarian or emergency response settings. The candidate should have strong strategic, analytical, planning and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities and deliver effectively under pressure. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, alongside experience working with government entities, donors, UN agencies, NGOs, partners and communities. Strong report writing & documentation.

About Medical Aid for Palestinians

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works in partnership with Palestinian communities to uphold their rights to health and dignity. We do this by developing effective, sustainable and locally-led healthcare services, providing medical aid during emergencies, and campaigning to break down the barriers to Palestinian health and healthcare today and for the future.
